IN FACT, THE LAW WAS ORIGINATED AND HAS NO BEE ADOPTED IN THIS STATE FOR THE VERY PURPOSE OF ACCOMPLISHING A GOAL WHICH COULD NOT BE REACHED THROUGH A CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, AND THE IMPRISONMENT OF A PERSON UNDER DUTY TO SUPPORT HIS DEPENDENTS.
