RECOMMENDED ORDER


THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before H. E. SMITHERS, the assigned Hearing Officer of the Division of Administrative Hearings, on December 8, 1980, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.


Petitioner timely requested a hearing due to the denial of his application for a Class "G" Armed Security Guard License by the Respondent. The issue for determination was whether the application should be approved.

At the outset of the hearing the parties stipulated that when the Petitioner receives Respondent's notice to renew his present Class "F" Unarmed Security Guard License on June 11, 1981, Petitioner will refile his Class "G" application, including his arrest record. At that time the Respondent will give favorable consideration to granting a temporary license, provided Petitioner continues his good conduct.


RECOMMENDATION


Based on the foregoing stipulation, it is RECOMMENDED that the stipulation of the parties be accepted.
