FINAL ORDER


THIS MATTER came before the Construction Industry Licensing Board (hereinafter "the Board"), on the request of the Clerk of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The Board considered the request for entry of Final Order at a duly-noticed public meeting of the Board on October 15, 2004, in Orlando, Florida.

Upon consideration of the complete record, the Board makes the following findings:


FINDINGS OF FACT


  1. No exceptions to the Recommended Order were filed.


  2. The findings of fact set forth in the Recommended Order are adopted by the


    Board.


  3. There is competent, substantial evidence to support the adopted facts.


    CONCLUSIONS OF LAW


  4. The Board has jurisdiction of this matter pursuant to the provisions of Section 120.57, and Chapter 489, Part I, Florida Statutes.

  5. The Board adopts the conclusions of law set forth in the Recommended
