ORDER CONTINUING SUMMARY SUSPENSION
On June 18, 2001, the undersigned Director of the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering received a Recommended Order from the Honorable Eleanor M. Hunter, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Admmistrative Hearings in DOAH Case Number 0l-2185PL. The Recommended Order, which is attached and incorporated by reference herein, recommended that the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering enter an Order continuing the summary suspension of the pari-mutuel occupational license of the Respondent, Douglas J. Levkoff.
The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering hereby adopts the Recommended Order in toto and hereby Orders that the summary suspension of the pari-mutuel occupational license of the Douglas J. Levkoff, shall remain in full force and effect until the final resolution of the charges contained in the Administrative Complaint in the above styled cases.
