FINAL ORDER

On November 5, 2004, a final administrative hearing in this case was held in St. Petersburg, Florida, before William F. Quattlebaum, Administrative Law Judge, Division of Administrative Hearings. A Recommended Order was entered on December 1, 2004.

On January 6, 2005, the Human Relations Division of the City of St. Petersburg, filed a letter stating that, based on a new Interlocal Agreement between the City of St. Petersburg and Pinellas County dated November 29, 2004, the local ordinance now applicable to this case requires that the administrative law judge enters a final order after providing a period of time for the parties to file exceptions to the Recommended Order. The letter states that the parties were informed of the right to file exceptions and that none were filed. Pursuant to the request set forth in the letter, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Recommended Order entered in this case is adopted in toto, and Petitioner's complaint is hereby DISMISSED.

DONE AND ORDERED this 24th day of January, 2005, in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida.
