THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing before The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, at its regular meeting of March 15, 2006, upon the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Order, recommending that a Final Order be entered approving the suspensions and dismissals of Respondents, Ismael Perez and Juan Perez, and the Board having been fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ordered by The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, that:
The Administrative Law Judge's findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation, attached hereto, be and the same are
The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida v. Juan J. Perez and Ismael Perez
DOAH Case Nos. 05-1913 and 05-1914
hereby adopted as the Final Order of The School Board ofMiami Dade County, Florida; and
The suspensions and dismissals of Respondents, Ismael Perez and Juan Perez are hereby sustained.
