THIS CAUSE comes before the AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION (the "Agency") concerning the Agency's denial of the Home Health application of the Petitioner, Florida Home Health Association, Inc., ("Petitioner"),

Subsequently, Petitioner filed a Petition For Formal Administrative Hearing, which was forwarded by the Agency Clerk to the Division of Administrative Hearings ("DOAH").

On April 9, 2010 , Petitioner filed its voluntary dismissal of the DOAH case. (Exhibit "A")

On April 12th, 2010, an Order Closing File was issued by DOAH as a result of the voluntary dismissal. (Exhibit "B")
