FINAL ORDER
Respondent Orange County School Board, pursuant to the September 22, 2010 order of Administrative Law Judge Susan Harrell, hereby accepts jurisdiction of this matter. Based upon the advice of counsel, Respondent Orange County School Board hereby enters a final order rejecting all bids in this matter so as to issue a new invitation to bid for provision of occupational and physical therapy services. This action is being taken to clarify standards by which the SCHOOL BOARD will award the bid.
