FINAL ORDER

THIS CAUSE came before the Agency on Petitioners' Petition to Initiate Formal Proceeding ("Petition") that was filed on April 30, 2013.

On June 25, 2013, the Agency Clerk referred the Petition to the Division of Administrative Hearings for further proceedings.

On October 30, 2013, the Administrative Law Judge assigned to the matter entered an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction based on the parties' Amended Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction and Dismiss with Prejudice.

Based on the foregoing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:

The Petition is hereby dismissed with prejudice. The Agency shall pay Petitioners in accordance with the terms of the Amended Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction and Dismiss with Prejudice, which is hereby attached to this Final Order as Exhibit A. This matter is hereby closed. The parties shall govern themselves accordingly.
