Varn an Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, and the Respondent's withdrawal of intent to relocate Ocean Cadillac, Inc., copies of which are attached and incorporated by reference in this order.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
