On May 20, 2014, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities referred the formal protest of Petitioner challenging the Agency's intended award of ITN ADD-13-007 to Intervenor , Harmony Information Systems, Inc ., to the Division of Administrative Hearings requesting a hearing pursuant to sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes . On May 29, 2014 , Petitioner flied a Voluntary Dismissal of the formal protest. DOAH issued an Order Closing File the same day. A copy of the Order Closing File is attached and incorporated herein.
it is, therefore, ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The Agency's file in this matter is closed.
