On May 22, 2014, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities referred the formal protest of Petitioner challenging the Agency's termination of the procurement for the Sunland Pharmaceutical Services contract to the Division of Administrative Hearings requesting a hearing pursuant to sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes. On May 23, 2014, Petitioner filed a Voluntary Dismissal of the formal protest. DOAH issued an Order Closing File on May 27, 2014. A copy of the Order Closing File is attached and incorporated herein.

It is, therefore, ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The Agency's file in this matter is closed.
