Quattlebaum, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, pursuant to Petitioner's Notice Of Voluntary Dismissal, a copy of which is attached and incorporated by reference in this order. The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction as its Final Order in this matter.

Accordingly, it is hereby


ORDERED that this case is CLOSED and Respondent shall abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement entered into in this matter.
