Petitioner, Department of Health (''Department'1, by and through its
undersigned counsel, files this Notice of Dismissal and states as follows:
Pursuant to Section 456.073(4), Florida Statutes (2014), determinations of probable cause in administrative law cases are made by a majority vote of the relevant probable cause panel.
Subsequent to a finding of probable cause in the above-styled

On or about November 20, 2014, after sufficient public notice, the case was presented to the Panel. The Panel reconsidered the case and ordered that it be closed without further prosecution.
The Department is notifying the Agency Clerk of the closure of the case so that it may lift the currently pending Emergency Restriction Order against Respondent.
