FINAL ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for consideration before the Agency for Health Care Administration ("the Agency"), which finds and concludes as follows:
The Agency issued the Petitioner a letter denying her application for exemption from disqualification from employment. (Exhibit 1)
The Petitioner requested a formal administrative hearing and the case was referred to the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH).
Subsequently, the Petitioner and the Agency filed a Stipulation of Dismissal without Prejudice. The Administrative Law Judge issued an order closing file with leave to re-open the matter and relinquishing jurisdiction to the Agency. (Exhibit 2)
The denial of the Petitioner's application for exemption from disqualification employment is UPHELD without prejudice to the Petitioner reapplying for an exemption disqualification from employment in the future.
