This cause came before the Secretary of the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission upon the "Order Closing Files and Relinquishing Jurisdiction" filed by the Division of Administrative Hearings on January 22, 2016. A copy of the Order filed by the Division of Administrative Hearings is attached and incorporated herein _as "Exhibit A."

IT IS ORDERED that the above-referenced proceeding is hereby dismissed.
