It is hereby Ordered that Respondent, Cape Coral CDJR, LLC be granted a license as a franchise dealership for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram at 2200 Northeast Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, Lee County, Florida 33909, upon compliance with all applicable requirements of section 320.27, Florida Statutes, and all applicable Department rules.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is CLOSED.
