FINAL ORDER

Petitioner's Amended Petition for Administrative Hearing was filed on October 13, 2017. A final hearing in this matter was scheduled for November 21, 2017, before Administrative Law Judge Mary Li Creasy. The parties entered into a settlement agreement on November 13, 2017, and on November 14, 2017, Petitioner filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. The administrative law judge issued an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction on November 14, 2017.

DISPOSITION

WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED , the above captioned proceeding is DISMISSED.
