The Departnent of Chikdren and Families is authorized by section 402.316, Florida Statutes, to sanction the Hope for Miaml-Buen Pastor, Hope for Mlami-Pinelands, Hope for Mlami @ Iglesia Bautlsta Kendall, Life Impact at Evangel Church International, Success Club at Iglesla Bautista Estrella De Belen, and Hope for Miami Wayside Baptist Church programs for violations of child care standards in sections 402.316(1), Florida Statutes. 3, The revocation of the ragistration is based on notification that the Hope for Miami-Buen Pastor, Hope for Miaml-Pinglands, Hope for Miami @ iglesia Bautista Kendall, Life Impact at Evangel Church International, Success Club at Iglesia Bautista Estrella De Belen, and Hope for Miam!
