This matter comes before the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for entry of a final order upon submission of the Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction issued September 24, 2019, by the Honorable Yolanda Y. Green, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, based on the Petitioner’s Notice of Voluntary Dismissal filed September 23, 2019, copies of which are attached and incorporated by reference in this order.

The Petitioner’s protest having been withdrawn, the petition is DISMISSED and the case is CLOSED. If the Respondents’ application meets all other requirements of law, the Bureau of Dealer Services may issue a license for the proposed new point location of the Zhejiang Jiajue Motorcycle Manufacturing Co. (line-make JIAJ) franchise motor vehicle dealer.

A party adversely affected by this final order may seek judicial review as provided in section 120.68, Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.190.
