2. The entry of this Final Order shall conclude the above-referenced administrative proceeding.

1. The attached Recommended Order is adopted by the Office and incorporated by reference as if fully stated herein.

2. Respondents shall pay an administrative fine in the amount of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) on or before the 31st day following the date of entry of this Final Order.
