Before GRUENDER, BEAM, and KELLY, Circuit Judges.
                          ____________

PER CURIAM.
Aretha Thomas appeals the district court’s1 dismissal of her
disability-discrimination action. After careful review of the record and the parties’
arguments on appeal, we conclude that dismissal was proper. See United States v.
Dico, Inc.,
136 F.3d 572
, 575 (8th Cir. 1998) (reviewing de novo the dismissal of
plaintiff’s claim for failure to exhaust administrative remedies). Accordingly, we
affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B. We also deny Thomas’s pending motions.
                        ______________________________
