FINAL ORDER
This cause comes before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (“Agency”) for entry of a Final Order of Dismissal.
On March 17, 2020, the Agency referred Harmony Mental Health and Behavioral Services (“Petitioner”) to the Division of Administrative Hearings (“DOAH”), where an administrative law judge was assigned and the case was scheduled for hearing. Petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw on May 14, 2020. On May 15, 2020, DOAH issued an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction (“Order”).
Petitioner did not request an informal hearing pursuant to section 120.57(2), Florida Statutes. Based on Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw and DOAH’s Order, this case is hereby closed.
