The Division seeks to inipose disciplinary action upon the Respondent and alleges: 4. The Division has jurisdiction over the subject matter of, and the parties to, this proceeding pursuant to Chapter 509, Florida Statutes. 2. At all times relevant to the facts alleged in this administrative complaint, ae Respondent held a license number: 23-15636-H for the operation of a public lodging establishment.
