FINDINGS OF FACT On October 11, 2002, the Agency for Health Care Administration received the aforementioned Order Closing File. The Order Closing File had the effect of negating the possibility of a hearing on any underlying facts in dispute. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW There is no hearing pending in this case, and the underlying facts, formerly in dispute, are deemed admitted by operation of law.
