Count I During the period January 2003, to November 13, 2003, in Miami Dade County, Florida, Respondent performed the services of a manager without a valid manager’s license. Respondent is in violation of Section 493.6118(1)(g), Florida Statutes. Count II During the period January 2003, to November 2003, in Miami-Dade County Florida, Respondent performed the services of a Security Officer without a valid Class “D” License and Class “G” license. Respondent is in violation of Section 493.6118(1)(g), Florida Statutes. Wherefore, Petitioner intends to take disciplinary action against the above referenced licenses pursuant to Section 493.61 18(2), Florida Statutes.
