THIS CAUSE concerns a Petition for Formal Administrative Proceeding that the
Petitioner filed on January 12, 2005.
On January 25, 2005, the Petition was forwarded to the Division of Administrative
Hearings (
“DOAH”) by the Agency and assigned to an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”).
On April 26, 2005, the Petitioner filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal stating it was
dismissing its Petition for Formal Administrative Proceeding.
On April 28, 2005, the ALJ issued an Order Closing File based on the Petitioner’s Notice
of Voluntary Dismissal.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
The Petition for Formal Administrative Proceeding is dismissed, and this case is now
closed.
