Petitioner, Trustees of Mease Hospital, Inc., d/b/a Mease Hospital-Countryside (“Mease”), filed a Petition for a Formal Administrative Hearing on or about April 1, 2005, and the case was referred to the Division of Administrative Hearings (“DOAH”) on April 19, 2005. On April 29, 2005, Morton Plant Hospital Association, Inc., d/b/a Morton Plant Hospital (“Morton Plant”) filed a Petition to Intervene in support of the Agency for Health Care Administration’s (CAHCA or “the Agency”) denial of Mease’s application for Certificate of Need 9823. On May 2, 2005, HCA Health Services of Florida, Inc., d/b/a Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point (“Bayonet Point”) filed a Petition to Intervene in support of AHCA’s denial of Mease’s application for Certificate of Need 9823. On May 2, 2005, Largo Medical Center, Inc., d/b/a Largo Medical Center (“Largo”) filed a Petition to Intervene in support of AHCA’s denial of Mease’s application for Certificate of Need 9823. On May 16, 2005, an Order granting Petitio te Intervene... was,.entered. by. the. Administrative, Law.. Judge. (“ALJ”)...... These... Petitions are related to the Agency’s denial of Certificate of Need Application 9823. | - On or about May 3, 2005, a Motion to Consolidate DOAH Case Nos. 05- 1465CON and 05-1466CON was filed at DOAH. On or about May 4, 2005, an Order granting the Motion to Consolidate was entered by the ALJ. On or about June 7, 2006, Mease withdrew its Certificate of Need application 9823 and then filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of its Petition at DOAH. Accordingly, on October 13, 2005, the ALJ assigned to the case issued an Order Closing File based on the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal.
