On July 29, 2005, the Petition was forwarded to the Division of Administrative Hearings (“DOAH”) by the Agency and assigned to an Administrative Law Judge. A Petition to Intervene was filed by HCA Health Services of Florida, Inc., d/b/a St. Lucie Medical Center (“St. Lucie”) and Lawnwood Medical Center, Inc., d/b/a Lawyenwood Regional Medical Center (“Lawnwood”) on August 3, 2005. The Petition above is related to the Agency’s denial of Certificate of Need Application 983’7. On March 10, 2006, Petitioner Martin filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of its Petition. On March 14, 2006, the Administrative Law Judge assigned to the case issued an Order Closing File based on the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. That Order closed the DOAH case.
