FINAL, ORDER THIS CAUSE concerns a Petition for Formal Administrative Proceedings that Petitioner, Martin Memorial Medical Center, Inc. (“Martin”) filed on July 22, 2005. On July 29, 2005, the Petition was forwarded to the Division of Administrative Hearings (“DOAH”) by the Agency and assigned to an Administrative Law Judge. A Petition to Intervene was filed by HCA Health Services of Florida, Inc., d/b/a St. Lucie Medical Center (“St. Lucie”) and Lawnwood Medical Center, Inc., d/b/a Lawyenwood Regional Medical Center (“Lawnwood”) on August 3, 2005. The Petition above is related to the Agency’s denial of Certificate of Need Application 983’7. On March 10, 2006, Petitioner Martin filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of its Petition. On March 14, 2006, the Administrative Law Judge assigned to the case issued an Order Closing File based on the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. That Order closed the DOAH case. IT IS THE-REFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT: The Petition for Formal Administrative Proceedings pending before the Agency is hereby moot, and this case is closed.
