WHEREAS, pursuant to § 120.57(1)(1), F.S., the agency shall allow each party 15 days in
which to submit written exceptions to the recommended order; and
WHEREAS no written exceptions to the Recommended Order of Dismissal were
received within the required 15-day period, the appeal of MATTHEW TIMONY having come
before the PINELLAS COUNTY SHERIFF’S CIVIL SERVICE BOARD (“BOARD”), and the
BOARD having considered the Order Closing File of the State of Florida Division of
Administrative Hearings Administrative Law Judge in this matter, the BOARD hereby adopts
the Order Closing File of the Hearing Officer as its Final Order in this cause.
