COUNT 2: ‘The Respondent is in viotation of Section 1012.795(1)(c), Florida Statutes, Respondent has been convicted of a misdemeanor, felony, or other criminal charge, other than a minor traffic violation. COUNT3: — The Respondent is in violation of Section 1U12.795(1)(1), Florida Statutes, in that Respondent has heen found guilly of personal conduct which seriously reduces her effectiveness as an eniployee of the school board.
