Disehert, Respondent . / ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, files this Administrative Complaint against the Respondent, Charles W. Dischert. The Commission seeks to impose ‘disciplinary action upon the referenced individual based on the following allegationa: 1. Respondent was certified by the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission on Qctober 3, 2005, and was issued Correctional Certificate Number 252106, 2. On ox about March 3, 2005, the Respondent, Charles W. Dischert, did unlawfully commit a battery upon Nancy Simmons by actually touching or striking Nancy Simmons or intentionally causing bedily harm to Nancy Simmons againat her will. . 3. This Administrative Complaint is issued pursuant te Sections 120.60, and 943.1395(6) and/or (7), Plorida Statutes. Any proceedings concerning this Complaint: shall be conducted pursuant to Sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, and Rules 118-27, 28-106, and 28-107, Florida Administrative Code. Mediation ig not available under Seetion 120.573, Florida Statutes. WHEREFORE, it is alleged that the Respondent, Charles W. Dischert is guilty of violating Sections 943.1395 (6) and/or i, and/or 943.13(7), Floxida Statutes, and/or Rule 11B-27.0011 (4) (b), Florida Administrative Code.
