Pursuant to the requirements of section 320.642, Florida Statutes, STR Motorsports, Inc., provided notice to the department of its intention to allow the establishment of Ali-J, Inc., for the sale of KYMCO motorcycles at 1540 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida 34230. 2. In response to the properly filed notice, the department published the required notice in the Florida Administrative Weekly on August 4, 2006. 3, All dealers of the same line-make in Sarasota County and contiguous counties identified in the notice of intent from the manufacturer were duly notified after publication, 4. In the thirty days following the publication of such notice, no protests were received from any dealer. It is therefore ORDERED that Ali-J, Inc., shall be granted a license at 1540 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida 34230, for the sale of KYMCO motorcycles on or after this date, provided an application is received by the Division of Motor Vehicles, Regional Office, meeting all requirements for licensure under section 320.27, Florida Statutes, and all applicable department rules, including but not limited to, beginning and completing construction of the dealership provided in Rule 15C7.004(7), Florida Administrative Code.
