(c) On or about May 3, 2004, the Respondent, John Bandor£, did unlawfully and willfully flee or attempt to elude Michal Coomans, haw enforcement officer and others, in authorized law enforcement patrol vehicles of the Holly Hill Police Department, with Agency insignia and other | jurdisdietional markings prominently displayed on the vehicles, with siren and lights activated and during the course of the fleeing or attempted eluding did drive in a manner which demonstrated a wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property. 3.
