Vogel, III, filed a petition requesting an administrative ibaringon February 21, 2007. By this petition, Mr. Vogel sought to dispute the invalidation of his January scores on the Mathematics 6-12 exam. The Department referred the case to the Division of Administrative Hearings and requested the assignment of an administrative law judge. In a March 20, 2007, letter to Administrative Law Judge R. Bruce McKibben, Mr. Vogel requested a voluntary dismissal of his petition against the Department. Judge McKibben granted Mr. Vogel’s request in an “Order Closing File” dated March 23, 2007. Based on the foregoing, the Department of Education finds that Mr. Vogel’s petition is hereby dismissed. DONE AND ORDERED this 30 day of Mave) \, 2007, in Tallahassee, Florida.
