In relation to M.C.’s transaction, you, JONATHAN CRAIG WROTH, individually or in your capacity as President of First Florida, directly or indirectly acted as an agent for, or otherwise represented or aided, Global in transacting insurance in the State of Florida by, including but not limited to; 1) distributing information, or having information distributed, about an insurance coniract; 2) soliciting, negotialing, procuring, or effectuating an insurance contract; 3) disseminating information as to coverage or rates; 4) forwarding an application; and/or 5) collecting or forwarding premium. In relation to M.A.’s transaction, you, JONATHAN CRAIG WROTH, individually or in your capacity as President of First Florida, directly ot indirectly acted as an agent for, or otherwise represented or aided, Global in transacting insurance in the Slate of Horida by, including but not limited to: 1) distributing information, or having information distributed, about an insurance contract; 2) soliciting, negotiating, procuring, of effectuating an insurance contract; 3) disseminating information as to coverage or rates: 4) forwarding an application; and/or 5) collecting or forwarding premium.
