The final order required Respondent to pay a fine of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) and costs of eighty-nine dollars ($89.00) within thirty (30) days of the imposition of the final order. , 9. AS of November 16, 2007, the Respondent had not paid the fine of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) and costs of eighty-hine dollars ($89.00), as required by citation final order number 2006-00622. 6. Section 456.072(1)(q), Florida Statutes (2005), provides grounds for disciplinary action by the Board of Medicine for violating a lawful order of the board or department or failing to comply with a lawfully issued subpoena of the department. | 7. Respondent did not comply with the conditions set forth in citation final order number 2006-00622 filed on or about April 24, 2006, 8.
