The Petitioner seeks the appropriate disciplinary sanction of the Respondeat’s educator's certificate pursuant to Sections 1012.315, 1012.795, and {012.796, Florida Statute and pursuant to Rule 6B-1.006, Florida Administrative Code, Principles of Professional Conduct for the Education Profession in Florida, said sanctions specifically set forth in Sections 1012.795(1) and 10 12.796(7), Florida Statutes. . . The Petitioner alleges: JURISDICTION L. Th sondent holds Florida Educator’s Certificate 792996, covering the areas of English for Speakers of C ‘Languages (ESOL) and Pre-Kindergarten / Primary Edueation, which is valid through June 30, 2015. 2. At all times pertinent hereto, the Respondent was employed as a Kindergarten Teacher at Fox Hollow Elementary School in the Pasco County School District. Rebruary 24, 2012, the Respondent reported for work at school and emitted the odor of alcohal. The Respondent submitted to a reasonable suspicion test and had blood alcohol content results of 156 and 141 g/210 liters. The Respondent was also discovered to have a water bottle that contained alcohol in her classroom. 3. On or abov A, On or about March 16, 2012, the Pasco County Superintendent of Schools notified the Respondent of her intent to recommend the Respondent's dismissal. On or about May 11, 2012, the Respondent submitted her resignation to the Pasco County School District.
