THIS CAUSE is before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for the purpose of final agency action addressing the Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties in this cause, attached hereto marked Exhibit " A".

UPON CONSIDERATION of the Settlement Agreement, approved by the Agency on the
3 day of April, 2015, and being fully advised in the premis es,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
The Settlement Agreement is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference;
The parties shall adhere to and abide by all the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement; and
This Final Order shall take effect upon filing with the Clerk of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities .
