PINELLAS COUNTY CONSTRUCTION LICENSING BOARD 3 ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT PINELLAS COUNTY CONSTRUCTION LICENSING BOARD Petitioner, vs Case #: A15-183 }-CAC1817480 MATTHEW JAMES MCCLELLAN Respondent, COMES NOW, the Petitioner, Pinellas County Construction Licensing, Board, hereinafter referred to as “Petitioner”, and files this Administrative Complaint against MATTHEW JAMES MCCLELLAN, hereinafter referred to as “Respondent”, and alleges: 1. Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 75-489, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2. Respondent is an AIR COND B Contractor, having been issued license I-CAC1817480 (CAC1817480). Respondent's address of record is 13540 N FLORIDA AVE #205, TAMPA, FL 32038. 3. Ataill times, material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for ACS HOME SERVICES INC. COUNT ONE 4. The PCCLB received a complaint alleging Respondent obtained permit CW14-05086 for construction activity at 140 ALETA DR, LA, FL, but allowed said permit to expire 11/25/2014 without first obtaining required Inspection(s). Respondent failed to obtain inspection of the work as required in violation of Section. 105, Florida Building Code 2007 — Building; §489.1 29(1}0), Florida Statutes and §24(2)(n), Chapter 75-489, Laws of Florida, as amended. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be issued imposing one or more of the following penalties: suspension or revocation of Respondent’s license, imposition of an administrative fine, financial restitution to the consumer for financial harm directly related to the violation, and assessment of costs related to the investigation and prosecution of the case, and any other relief that is deemed appropriate.
