COMES NOW the Petitioner, State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration
(“the Agency”), by and through its undersigned counsel, and files this Administrative Complaint
against the Respondent, Womens Diagnostic Center, (“the Respondent”), pursuant to Sections
120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, and alleges:
NATURE OF THE ACTION
This is an action to revoke the Respondent’s license to operate this health care clinic and
to impose an administrative fine of $5,500.00. «
