This revitalization will not be considered effective until the requirements delineated in sections 720.407(1) — (3), of the Florida Statutes, have been completed. Section 720.407(4), Florida Statutes, requires that a complete copy of all of the approved, recorded documents be mailed or hand delivered to the owner of each affected parcel. The revitalized declaration and other governing documents will be effective upon recordation in the public records.
