Hoffman 16334 Canoe Court Jacksonville, Florida 32226-5809 Respondent holds the following license(s) issued pursuant to Chapter 493, Florida Statutes: C 9900482. As set forth below, Petitioner has received information that justifies action provided for in Section 493.6118(2), Florida Statutes. Count | On or about December 15, 2015, in Duval County, Florida, Respondent was convicted of resisting officer without violence to his or her person, a crime directly related to the business for which Respondent's license is held. Respondent is ineligible for licensure pursuant to section 493.6118(1)(c), Florida Statutes.
