FINAL ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This cause is before the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (“Agency”) for entry of a Final Order Approving Settlement Agreement entered into between the Agency and Pellgrin Group Home (“Respondent”), which is attached as Exhibit A. On December 19, 2019, the Agency filed an Administrative Complaint against Respondent. Respondent timely filed a Petition for Administrative Hearing and the hearing was referred to the Division of Administrative Hearings (“DOAH”). On July 28, 2020, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction Due to Settlement. The DOAH Administrative Law Judge granted this motion and issued
an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction on July 29, 2020.
