Plaintiff, Alice Jones; Defendant and Third-Party Plaintiff Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC; and Third-Party Defendants Mary Lou Romero and Daisy Perez, have filed a stipulation to dismiss the entire action with prejudice (ECF No. 79).
