ALLISON CLAIRE, Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff Javiad Akhtar and Defendants J. Mesa and S. Turner, by and through their respective counsel, agree to the dismissal of Plaintiff's action against Defendants Mesa and Turner with prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
