IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this action is remanded to the Commissioner for further administrative action pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405 (g) in order for the Appeals Council to remand this case to an Administrative Law Judge.
