ORDER DISCHARGING THE ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE DATED MAY 10, 2019

On May 10, 2019, the Court ordered Defendant to show cause in writing why sanctions should not be imposed for the failure to comply with the scheduling order. (Doc. 15) In the alternative, Defendant was directed to file a response to Plaintiff's opening brief within fourteen days. (Id. at 2) On May 24, 2019, Defendant filed a responsive brief. (Doc. 16) Accordingly, the Order to Show Cause dated May 10, 2019 (Doc. 15) is DISCHARGED.
