STIPULATION TO EXTEND BRIEFING SCHEDULE;ORDER

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of 30 days from May 20, 2016, or until June 20, 2016 to prepare and file Plaintiff's opening brief, and that all other scheduling dates set forth in the Scheduling Order shall be extended accordingly.

This is plaintiff's first request for an extension. Plaintiff's counsel makes this request because plaintiff's counsel requires additional time to prepare and file the opening brief. This request for extension is not made to interpose delay but to properly and adequately represent plaintiff.

ORDER

Based on the foregoing stipulation to extend the briefing schedule,

IT IS ORDERED, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of 30 days from May 20, 2016, or until June 20, 2016, to prepare and file Plaintiff's Opening Brief, and that all other scheduling dates set forth in the Scheduling Order shall be extended accordingly.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
